Fitbit won't charge

Anything I can try while I wait hopelessly for FitBit to contact me about an RMA?  I bought this at Christmas.  It won't charge and is dead.  TIA!

I got ahold of support on Twitter DM.  Working through tech support.  Sorry to clutter up the forums and please delete.
