Fitbit won't connect

My fitbit inspire HR won´t start even tho I have tried all of the different restarting-ways.

I´ve tried to press the button for 8 sec and then release it from the charger and then press the button again one time.

I also tried to hold the button for 10-12 sec and then do the same procedure but the fitbit is not showing any form of connection.

My fitbit is 3 months old, is this a usual problem?

Hi @hampus696969, welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well, I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR stopped syncing. Thank you for pointing this out @NellyG

 

Thanks for tried those troubleshooting steps. Did you checked all the requirements listed in this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? Please, make sure you're on the latest version of the Fitbit app, check: How do I update the app to the latest version?

 

You can also try :

  • Removing the tracker from your phone's Bluetooth settings with all devices listed there too.
  • Restart your phone and your tracker (again). 
  • Now add the tracker to the Bluetooth list and reopen the Fitbit app to start a sync.

If those steps don't help, I would like to know what phone are you using to try to sync. This to check the compatibility with the Fitbit app.
