Five day exercise goal

While I am reaching both my step and active minutes goals daily, it is not tracking in my 5 day weekly exercise goal.  It's not a big deal, but the device was doing this before and stopped and I do get some bonus points from my health insurance for meeting this goal. Any ideas on how to fix this with my Samsung S7?

Also. I don't receive text message or phone call notifications.

Hi @mofeb Try restarting the Inspire several times and see if it starts recognising exercise days after that. It might also be worth uninstalling the app and reinstalling and log back in. Please come back here if you continue to have problems.

Restart your tracker

Edited to add, with your Samsung S7 check that in the phone's  settings app that notifications are set to show on your lock screen. Samsungs need that. The other thing to check is that notifications are turned on on the actual Inspire. On the clock face press and hold the button, the scroll down to notifications and check it is set to ON.
