How to stop this green flashing light behind the watch just few hours I bought this and now I m feeling irritation on my wrist just becoz of that green light I changed my wrist from left to right is same 

Can anybody knows how to stop this light

I'm afraid you can't turn it off. It is used to monitor your heart rate and even if you turn off heart rate tracking the light will still flash.

@Zeeshan82  Perhaps you are wearing it too tight in your wrist. You should be able to easily move it back and forth around your wrist - I don’t get any irritation if I wear it loosely enough to fit 2 fingers between the band.
