My new inspire arrived today to replace my old flex. Have spent the last few hours trying to set it up. Once i pick the inspire for set up instead of continuing with the set up it goes back to the dash board. Really wanted the inspire so I could use the clip for work. I had removed my flex from my account, but now I have put it back on, so I know the setup process is working. What I am doing wrong with the inspire?

Hi @NH42 when you set up the Inspire, the Flex needs to be out of range, about 25 feet. Have you tried that?

Hi. Thank you so much for your response. I found out I needed to update my fitbit app as I was using an old version. My inspire is now setting up!
