Floors Not Counted With Brand New Fitbit

My old Charge 2 Fitbit counted floors and worked okay. I replaced it with a brand new Inspire 2 and am using it now. I am trying to meet my floors goal, and it's not counting my stairs.

Can anyone clear this up? Do I reset anything?

@Coutin-Eliyahu   I'm sorry, but the Inspire 2 doesn't have the altimeter that is in the Charge 2.  It doesn't have the hardware to count floors.

I also moved your post to the Other Inspire forum, a better fit for your question.

Another user sent me this link which I found actually more informative:

I was able to import that chart from the website into my spreadsheet and came up with this chart:
