Recently swapped to 'Android' from my 'Apple', on my Fitbit HR, but have lost all my data and badges on the transfer - and have been 'started' all over again. I hope Fitbit can look into this and sort it. My original name within the Community was 'nimmers', so I'd like to keep that as well as have all restored, please. I changed to android as Fitbit is linked to Google now and this linkage is far superior in so many ways, but I have lost ALL my original data. Can anyone at Fitbit help?

Without posting here, do you remember your login information from your original account?  You could use them to log into the Android app and everything should transfer over.

I looked at your "profile" page and you unfortunately have everything set to "private:"

I can't see anything on it. You might be able to click on it, and see your history and your achievements, and badges.
