I just bought my inspire hr 3 days ago & every feature works except for “floors”.  Is anyone else having this problem?  I’ve done a ton of floors today at work & at home & not a single one is recorded.

Hi @Annie317  the Inspire series of Fitbit devices can't recognize flights of stairs, as they lack an altimeter. If this is something you wanted in a tracker, you might want to go with the Versa. Check the Fitbit store and do a comparison of trackers - click to go there
