Food intake log

The last week or 2, my Fitbit HR stopped recording my food intake. I input it, but it doesn't show on the main screen - just says "Start logging your food", even when I have my meals logged in already. If I go into the food section, I can see what I've logged. But when I turn my phone off at night and back on in the morning, nothing I logged in the day before was saved. Just shows at 0 calories inputted. I've logged out, restarted my phone & the app. It works for a short time and then stops saving anything again. Everything else works fine - water log, exercise, sleep, etc. It's just the food log. Anyone else have this issue?

this is happening to me as well. It also will not sync the food in the app to the dashboard so cant print food logs.

Yup, that sounds exactly what mine is doing. But yet, even though it's not syncing to the main dashboard, it will still list my daily calories if I look back on the weeks previous. It's weird. Nothing seems to fix it - not even signing out and rebooting.

Does anyone know what the solution is? It's getting frustrating not being able to have accurate data.

Mine is doing this too...food log only, exactly as you described. Tried rebooting, turning bluetooth on & off, etc.

Does someone from Fitbit follow this forum and offer helpful advice?

Fitbit support, if it helps you pinpoint the issue, my issue began the afternoon of June 11. It appears others had the food logging issue at an earlier date. Was there a software or web update recently that may be causing the problem? Appreciate any insight to fix the solution.
