how to stop this -

And... why it is happening when I am sleeping.  I am using all of its battery thinking I am running (I am not - first I was sleeping, then I was getting up, and now I am sitting at my desk).  I don't find the instructions clear and since this is the third time it has happened, I need to know:
1. how to stop this "run tracking" from running

2. how to make it so it doesn't turn on again in my sleep.  I want to know what time it is when I look at my Fitbit in the morning, not that I have taken 0 steps while running for the past 2 hours...

TIA,

Mary

Hi @MND-2017  Try restarting the Inspire several times and see if it happens again. Ifnit does, please come back here.

Restart your tracker
