I started with Fitbit when you carried a fob with you.  I really wanted to love the Fitbit inspire 2 because the app is great  and convenient to use.  Recently I started swimming as a part of my routine.  My Inspire freaked out , but I was able to jump start.  Today I had a wonderful day at the beach except that the tracker vibrated non-stop for a minute or so and I couldn’t touch it down.  When I got home I realized it was dead - the sensor wasn’t on - nothing. I’v e been trying to charge it for four+ hours now.  It is gone.   I’ve read various posts about this issue and the response from the robots are not helpful.  Have tried all suggestions - in the end I realized that the product doesn’t work and they are simply trying to make me feel as if I did something wrong - it’s my fault it doesn’t work.  For this reason, I have to decide to try out another tracker.  Also, I will have to suggest against anyone who plans to include swimming in their workout routine to purchase the Fitbit products.
