The goals on my inspire 2 are greyed out and will not allow me to change my step goal. Using the desktop, the Goal Tile is blank and just keeps refreshing. I’ve uninstalled the app three times, updated my iPhone…talked to customer service twice without luck. Any help would be appreciated as it’s very frustrating

My son just fixed it! In the app go to the “Today” tab, press the big steps circle to see your steps history, press the cog in the top right to access your activity goals and ensure every field (Steps, Distance, Calories Burned, and Activity Zone Minutes) is filled with a number >0. There is an error in fitbits code where having Distance and Calories Burned as 0 will cause the steps goal to be unable to change and break the Goals Tile in the user dashboard.
