Hi, does anyone know if the Inspire HR can track gym workouts such as the rowing machine and resistance training such as AB crunch, Pec Fly and Tricep machines?
Also anyone know why my inspire doesn't track my sleep properly compared to my iphone's health app
which records my sleep pretty accurately?
Thanks
Dee

@SunsetRunner Welcome! For the gym training exercises you're asking about, I would use the "workout" option. If you're just doing strength training, I would use "weights". You can find these options by going into the Fitbit app on your phone, click on the icon of your Inspire, then select "Exercise Shortcuts". There are a variety of workouts you can add to your Inspire device. You may need to remove several of the preloaded exercises first.
For your second question, I personally do not trust my iPhone. It doesn't have my heart rate, it doesn't know when I fall asleep, when I get up in the middle of the night, when I might toss and turn. For example, I fell asleep around 8:37pm per my Fitbit. I got up to let my dogs out to potty around 10:30pm. My iPhone doesn't know this because it doesn't know when I'm getting up, what my heart rate was at when I woke up, etc.
Why do you think your Fitbit is not correct? Can you share more information?

Hi, I know it doesn’t track my sleep as every morning when I check it says I’ve slept less than 3 hours when I know I’ve slept more. The other night I was ill and went to bed early and woke up late, my iPhone said I had slept for approximately 10 hours which was confirmed by my partner whereas my Fitbit said I’d been asleep for 2 hours 15 minutes.

I don't know why but recently my sleep tracker is not working. What could be the reason? Share your experience please, if you have solved this problem. I noticed this a couple of weeks ago. About a month ago I decided to order a rower for home use after reading the article on https://skinnyyoked.com/bodybuilding/equipment/best-indoor-rowers/. This article inspired me to work out again. When my rower was already delivered and installed, I noticed that my Inspire HR doesn't track my workouts. Then the next morning I realized that it didn't track my sleep. What could be the reason?
