Device won’t turn on. Will charge and sync, just can’t see anything. It is only 4 months old. Very disappointing-$100 wasted. Had the charge 2 and loved it!

Hi @Valerie66  It should be covered by waranty so it is not wasted. But first try restarting the Inspire HR several times. If that doesnt fix it then contact Support.
