I am following protocols for wearing Inspire2, sleeping approximately 7 hours a night, etc. The HRV data hasn't been showing up for 3 days now; everything else seems relatively accurate. This happened about 3 weeks ago then started up. Now it's back to not recording. Any ideas? I'm thinking this premium thing is maybe a waste of time? Thanks for any assistance. I have an iphone11, if that means anything?

It worked for a while then It stopped recording again the last few days.

If you haven't done so, please restart your Fitbit Inspire 2 by following these instructions.
In addition, you can follow these tips to resolve heart-rate tracking issues.
If you continue having the same issue, please try the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Reboot your phone
- Log back into the app
- Set up your Inspire 2 as a replacement device:
