Hear rate not recorded while running

Hallo everybody, my Inspire HR doesn't record the heart activity during running. I start the session directly from the app, I properly wear the Inspire (3 fingers above the wrist), but no heart activity is logged. The same problem doesn't happen with other kind of wo (walking and bikeing). Also during sleeping the HR works properly. 

 

Any suggestion?

Let me help you with your missing heart rate data. Are you also recording your GPS data? If this is the case there is an issue with the missing heart rate data that the team is currently investigating. At this time I can only ask for your patience while it is resolved.

Hi @AlvaroFitbit , thank you for your answer! Yes, I use both GPS and Heart Rate. What sound tricky to me is that the problem happens only during running e not during walking nor bikeing even if the conditions are the same (GPS and HR both turned on). This info matches whit the issue you are talking about?

Hi @AlvaroFitbit , as you suggested, I tried to turn off GPS from my Inspire HR, but once more HR has not been tracked during running session. Any other suggestion I could try?
