Have been wearing an Inspire HR for several days and everything was working great. It wasn’t counting my steps on the treadmill, so I attached it to my shoe—which I used to need to do with my Flex—well, after putting it back on my wrist, the heart rate is blank. Everything else is working, and the heart rate blinking light on the back is working. Any ideas?

Best Answer@kjossi46 Not sure if this is your situation, but it happened to me and this was the fix:
If the heart rate setting is "ON", then you may need to reboot your tracker (it won't erase data).

Hi, I have followed all the steps and still my heart rate is - -
1. It’s turned on in Settings
2. Rebooted with smiley face
3. Still no heart rate
Any other suggestions?
Like KSKing, my heart rate is on, I have rebooted, all my my exercise and steps are tracking fine, but my heart rate is not working. For me, it's important, because I can't use the sensitive sleep tracking without the heart rate, and I have some medical issues that require the more sensitive data (the non-sensitive data shows that I only get 2-4 hours of sleep at night.)
Best AnswerThank you so much!! I kept trying to turn the heart rate back on through the app and was having no luck! You made my day!
Best AnswerWhat finally worked for me was restarting my iPad, which still seems weird to me, since other things besides heart rate were working.

Best AnswerCheck that the FitBit is in 'wrist mode' and not 'clip mode' in the settings. Clip mode was the default for me and Heart Rate was not showing as an option. I switched to wrist mode, switched Heart Rate as 'on', rebooted the device and now tracks heart rate BPM.
