I bought my Fitbit Inspire HR in June. In August the heart rate function stopped working, it is no longer posting the correct amount of time for exercise as well as sleep. I have contacted customer service on several occasions. It has been almost 2 months and I am still being told that they are working on it. To say that I am frustrated and disappointed is a major understatement. Is anyone else having this issue?

Yes, me. I've had my Inspire for 10 days. The heart rate monitor stopped working after 7 days. I've tried restarting it as recommended but, to no avail. It's so annoying and especially after only having it for a week before it stopped. Just not sure what to do next.

They keep telling me that their engineers are working on it. They have been working on it for 2 months now.

That's disgusting. I'll give them a call tomorrow. Hopefully, they will sort it abit quicker, if not, they will be getting a return!

They told me that I couldn't return it. I am so disgusted and frustrated by the whole thing. What's sad is that I teach 4 Fitness classes a week. I have been holding off telling my classes just how upset I am with Fitbit. I wanted to give them a chance to rectify the situation. But at this point, I am going to tell anyone and everyone.

Wow, really? Surely they can't do that. What was the reason they gave you so you couldn't return it?

They said other people were experiencing the same problem and that would not fix the issue.
