Heart Rate Problems

Hi I just set up my Inspire HR four days ago. For the first couple days, my Fitbit was tracking my heart rate. However, it just stopped measuring my heart rate. I tried troubleshooting and restarting the Fitbit but it won’t restart, the smiley face won’t come up when I hold the power button when it is on charging. Both my Fitbit and phone are up to date. At this point since my Fitbit is pretty new, I’m considering returning it. Does anyone have any advice?

Thanks for reporting this issues with the heart rate readings of your new Fitbit and for trying to restar your Fitbit. Since those steps didn't solve the issue you're having with your Fitbit Inspire HR, I've requested to our support team to create a case on your behalf. I’m having the same problem. I got mine for Christmas and it worked for a few days then stopped measuring my heart rate. It shows the resting heart rate but not my actual.

I’m having the same problem just got it for Christmas and won’t show my heart rate
