The heart rate and step count have stopped working on my fitbit inspire hr. The heart rate light has shut off, and it has stopped tracking my steps. I didn't drop it or damage it in any way, so I'm pretty sure that it is entirely random. It is still fairly new (I got it at Christmas.) The fitbit still turns on and the time is accurate. What can I do to fix this?

It stopped working on March 31st and the sleep tracker is not working either.
