I have an Inspire 2 with a premium subscription. All works great and I have used my fitbit for over two years. Love it! The one thing is when I walk or run and check my pace and route on the individual activity the heart zone tag is always grayed out. It says, "Not enough heart rate data". That cannot be true as minutes are being tracked and I have had this a long time. What is going on? How do I fix it??

From Support:
Alright. Here's how to restart your tracker: 1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger. 2. Connect your device to the charging cable. 3. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds. 4. Release the buttons. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
Otherwise:
Alright. It also looks like you're looking at the Settings on the Fitbit app. If you don't have the charger with you, you can do a restart in the Settings app directly on your Inspire 2. Just find the Settings with the gear icon > Reboot device.

@atcps I have a question for you. When you start your walk or run, are you tapping on the “+” sign and are using the TRACK option where your only choices are walk, run, and hike? If so, you are using an older feature called MobileRun. This is an outdated feature and doesn’t give heart rate data.
If this doesn’t answer your question, can you please describe how you are tracking your activity?

You need to use the Exercise app on your Inspire 2 with the appropriate Exercise Shortcut. This Help article has the details you need and instructions on how to customize your Exercise Shortcuts.
How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?

I do open my fitbit and click on the plus sign to add exercise, then click start. I walk so that is the exercise. The app tracks me all along my route and also shows 'slow pace and faster pace', and gps 'route', the middle tab where it has 'heart zones' is grayed out and says there is not enough data. It is not a huge big deal but everything works great including it taking my pulse and all to see the zone minutes I get so I don't understand it. I went to the tabs under my profile and all was set up there correctly. Thank you for trying to help me out. I appreciate you.

Like I wrote, you are using an outdated method for GPS tracking. It was the only way to do GPS tracking when I wore a Charge HR years ago. It used to show heart rate. But a bug appeared a few years ago. Fitbit chose not to fix a bug on outdated software.
If you want a map and heart rate zones, you need to track your walks with the Exercise app on your Inspire 2.

No, you don’t need another app. The Exercise app I’m referring to is on your Inspire 2 device itself. It seems like step by step instructions will help you the most. I can’t help you with these instructions, because I don’t have that Fitbit available to make sure I get them correct.
I’m moving your post to the Inspire 2 forum. Perhaps a fellow user can guide you. Do you have any friends or family members that use a Fitbit and would be willing to help you?

My inspire2 stopped monitoring my heart rate on 13 November 22. Some of the Fitbit support recommended steps aren't helping because I cannot find the 'reboot' button.

Also:
Alright. Upon further checking, we noticed that your tracker is set to On Clip. On Clip setting will turn off your heart rate tracking, which can affect your other data. We recommend changing the setting to On Wrist. Press and hold both buttons until a new menu pops up. Scroll down and change to On Wrist. Make sure that you sync your tracker after changing the settings. Wear it to bed tonight, and it should show your sleep the next day.
So, double check to see if yours is set to 'on clip' or 'on wrist'.
