Heart rate data not accepted by Vitality wellnes program

What is so wrong with Fitbit heart rate data that Vitality does not accept it like it does for Apple watches?  This applies to more than just the Inspire, it is all Fitbit HR devices that are not accepted.  I would have hoped this would have been worked out by now as I am on my 2nd Fitbit.

The best place to make your voice heard is our Feature Suggestion board, those ideas are reviewed by our team and the status will change based in Fitbit's plans.
