I have been using my Inspire 2 since the beginning of the year. I've noticed that when using my exercise bike my heart rate shown on the Home Screen only increases modestly (from 60s to 70s). When in "Spinning" mode, it spikes up to 120-150 range with the same exercise intensity. I find it hard to believe that either of these is correct and don't understand why there are different readings for the same exercise intensity. Heart rate monitoring during exercise was the main reason that I bought a Fitbit. Have others encountered this? Is my Fitbit defective? Thanks.

Not sure if this will help @rhs22 but durring the recording of an exercise, your heart rate is displayed in smaller increments. I think 1 second. On the home page the heart rate is averaged over a longer period of time.

I did not know that, Rich. Thanks for the info! --RHS
