Should I be seeing this ALL the time? Wasn't there in the first week of using? Not sure if stopping it in app settings will mess up the app?

Look for Mobile Track on phone app Account page, and remove it.
I've never seen that message, but searching through posts, it seems to pop up periodically for some.
