Hello! Everything went fine with my Inspire HR until 2 weeks ago when I took it off my wrist to charge it. When I put it back, my heart rate was not showing anymore!

Since then, I have tried everything I found on the community (updated everything, placing it better on the wrist, restart, clear cache & data, changing settings on my phone - Huawei Mate 20 lite with the last Android version - etc. and even checking some issues that it might have on this phone.

The one thing I couldn't do is to check if the "heart rate" option is on or off because I don't have that option in my app even if everything is up to date! I only have "heart rate zones" where I can customize my maximum rate zone, but not an on/off switch as read in other posts. I don't know if that's the problem, but I have tried a lot of things and I really can't find a solution.

I have my inspire HR for less than 3 months and this is not helping me. Hope I can find the answer here. Thank you!

This happened to me- my heart rate stopped showing after charging. I've had my Fitbit for less than a full day. 

I couldn't even access settings on my app; it never loads. However, I was to access the settings from my fitbit. I swiped up to settings from the main screen. The HR settings are right under GPS settings on my fitbit. It was easy to miss at first since the screen is so small and the words were cut off. But it was somehow turned off, so I switched it back on, and it works now.
