Inspire HR just received for mother’s day 2019. HR feature stopped working today. How do I fix this? Is it under warranty? Do I need my receipt??

I have reset Fitbit. I have removed from phone and reinstalled. I have also cleared data from Fitbit itself. I tried the 3 fixes I read about and nothing has corrected my issue. The green light is no longer blinking and hasn’t been since before trying these methods.
