The tracking for heart rate stopped working, is there a way to fix it - or does it need to be returned for a replacement?

Check Quick Settings (pres both side button a few seconds) and make sure you didn't accidentally turn on on-clip setting, which turns off heart rate.

Yesterday I accidentally put my Fitbit inspire 2 on clip. It's back on wrist but my heart rate data isn't going to the app and posting anymore. I did a chat and we did a factory reset, deleted the app, reinstalled, repaired my Fitbit but still no data. The sleep didn't send data either and I guess I'll see if that's broken when I get up tomorrow.

Any tips? My Inspire 2 was working great until the accidental changing to clip yesterday.
