Heart rate

Hi I’ve left my heart rate zones as standard settings but over the last two weeks it’s saying that half my work out is below my “ fat burning “  why is this I’ve also noticed my resting heart rate is lower 😬

I'd guess that you're acclimating to the exercise, and it's no longer stressing you enough to raise your heart rate. You'll need to increase the intensity of your workout.
