Horizontal lines on Inspire 2

My tracker Inspire 2 has weird horizontal lines on although it is still sending tracking information to my phone. I have tried restarting, I get a smiley face but then the moving horizontal lines return.  Can this be fixed? Thanks

Welcome to the forums @FairyNuff.

Thank you for providing the information regarding this difficulty with your Inspire 2 and for trying to fix it on your own.  

 Please try to sync the device in the Fitbit app:

  • From the Today tab in the app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  • Tap Inspire 2.
  • Sync Now.

Now, restart the device as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device.  Restarting the device will not delete your data. 

If restarting doesn't resolve the issue, change your clock face. If you manage to solve the difficulty you can go back to the original clock face.

I've synced and restarted as advised. I have also changed my clock face.

I still have the weird horizontal display in afraid. 

Anything else I can try?

Sorry to know that you continue with the difficulty. 

Since you tried the steps listed and they didnt work and you report experiencing the same behaviour with the Inspire 2 regarding the horizontal lines on the screen, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately.
