I am ambidextrous and I use my inspire HR.
I only write with my right hand, but I do everything else left-handed, which wrist should I wear my Fitbit Aspire HR on???

I'm curious why you are asking now when it appears you have been with fitbit for several years.
Anyway, the real answer is whichever feels more natural to you.  During setup, it asks a question, I forget exactly how worded, about whether you will be wearing on your primary or other wrist.  I expect that is where your question arises, not really having a primary handedness.  The purpose of that question is to try to filter out some pseudo-steps being picked up by repetitive motions fitbit by your dominant hand, such as brushing your teeth or hair.  In your case I would think your left had would be considered dominant for this purpose.

Hope that got to what you were asking.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
