Horrible Customer Service and Website setup

Went on the website to buy the Inspire HR. I specifically clicked on inspire HR and when looking through the different colors it did not specify that all colors weren’t applicable to the HR and that some of the colors were for the the regular inspire without HR. Because of the websites poor advertising the color I picked was the wrong device and two regular inspire showed up at my doorstep. And I overnighted them because they were suppose to be presents for heart health month. Waste of money, waist of time, I called customer service and apparently nothing can be done and they want to play blame the customer. I won’t be buying anything through there website again. I will simply just go to Amazon where I am sure what I am looking at and buying is what I am going to get with one day shipping.
