Hourly Activity Vibration not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I bought the Fitbit Inspire on Saturday. The main reason is because I have a job sitting all day and I need to remember to get up and move more often. I set the Hourly Activity function to vibrate at 10 minutes before the hour to remind me if I haven't gotten up but it has not worked at all. Any ideas on how to get the vibration to work? Please do not suggest the page on setting up phone notifications. That is not what I want.

Try a restart do it 3 times

If it doesn't help try a Long Restart

Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.

Thanks. Before I saw your message, I pushed it up tight on my arm and now I have been feeling a very slight vibration. It's so faint, I'm sure I've just missed it previously. I'm seeing some other messages now that say other people have had the same problem (vibration too weak). It would be nice if Fitbit fixed this problem and made the vibration stronger. The reason I bought it was for the hourly reminders.
