Do I have to manually change to reflect Daylight Savings Time?  If so, how?

Hello @TJinTX, welcome to the community forums!

Currently, the time on your Fitbit device may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If the time is still wrong after syncing, I recommend checking if the time zone setting is correct:

1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab Fitbit logo in gray > your profile picture > Advanced Settings.
2. Turn off the Automatic time zone option.
3. Tap Select time zone and select the correct time zone.
4. Sync your Fitbit device.

If that doesn't help, please restart your Inspire 2 and repeat the steps above.

Hope this helps!

I just had to change my time zone, but I think there has been an update since this answer. I found I had to go to the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab Fitbit logo in gray, then my profile picture, (so far so good, with the answer above, thank you!) but then I had to click App Settings (there was no "Advanced Settings" for me, as there was in this answer), then click Time Zone, then click off Set Automatically, and choose my Time Zone from the menu.

I’m the same as Karen and don’t have advanced settings, I followed her answer but still doesn’t change the time, my time is correct except it’s in AM mode and should be PM now

My Fitbit app doesn't have "Advanced Settings", either. It's "App Settings".  Unfortunately, the time zone doesn't include Amman, Jordan. 🫡
