I need to clean the back of my Inspire and I heard alcohol is not good. IS that true? I know Cetaphil is for the band but what do you use on the back connections?

Hi @Debbug I've had a Fitbit for over ten years and if the back of the pebble is really dirty, I use rubbing alcohol, followed by a damp washcloth. I've had no issues using this method over the years. Sometimes there will be a build up of skin oils or skin flakes that get in the crevices, so I will use a soft toothbrush to clean that out, followed by a qtip with alcohol on it, then a wipe of the washcloth. The alcohol never stays long on the Fitbit, as I wipe it off quickly and it seems to clean the surfaces just fine. I've had different styles of Fitbit products, too.
