Hi, @Lizlloyd , I travel with my Fitbit(s) a lot, and I do find that sometimes the time change works straightforwardly, and sometimes it can be temperamental.

Theoretically, once your phone or tablet updates to the new time and you sync your Fitbit the time should automatically update.  So if you have not simply tried to force a sync, go ahead and do that.

If you have synced and the Fitbit still is showing the wrong time (and your phone/ tablet is showing the correct time) then please open your app and go to the Account screen (click on the person icon/photo top left).  On the account screen scroll down to “App settings”.  On the app settings screen check to see if Automatic timezone is turned on and that the correct time zone is showing.  (If not, please correct the time zone and sync).

If the wrong time zone is showing, or the correct timezone is selected, but the time on your Fitbit is still wrong, then please turn OFF auto timezone and scroll to select any WRONG time zone - doesn’t matter which one - and then sync your Fitbit.  Make sure it really does sync!  Once it has synced, return to the time zone setting and this time choose the CORRECT time zone and sync again.

These steps should force the Fitbit to update the time.  You can then turn auto timezone back on if you like.

I hope this helps.  Welcome to the forums!
