How does Inspire HR Fitbit automatically detect Aerobics? For example: weight lifting, house cleaning, and stretching.

By seeing the same movements over and over. House cleaning and stretching are not exercises that can be automaticaly tracked.

Not necessarily correct. I used to have the Fitbit HR and every time I did housework it would auto-detect it as aerobics.

Then it is not tracking the exercise I do, cleaning, running up and downstairs, making beds, hoovering. I feel discriminated against.  I bet I do as much as anyone going to the gym.  I have an Inspire. Not HR or 2,

The Inspire not having heart rate, will have to look only at arm motions. For most activity it will be looking for very specific arm movements. The Inspire will not be able to get any clues from the users elevated heart rate

Apparently it thinks I’ve done nearly 12,000 steps and I’ve just been doing housework.
So that’s ok.
