Screen won’t swipe to exercise, timer, steps, etc.

Hello! My Inspire HR clockface no longer allows me to swipe through to start exercise log, or see steps, heart rate, etc.

My inspire hr will no longer swipe.  I have tried putting it on the charger and holding the button for 5 seconds and that has not worked.  Does anyone know how to fix it?
