@deedee9 A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community.
To customize it to your size, open the clasp and use a flat screwdriver to shift the band, then close the clasp. Check out the following screenshot:
Let me know how it goes.

Best AnswerJust received the mesh band today. I had the same question. Glad I found the answer here. Maybe Fitbit could put a note/illustration on the box, or as an insert, so that purchasers wouldn’t have to search for this answer.
There is a LOT of packaging for this band, surely better sizing of the packaging could be accomplished! But right now there is LOTS of white space for illustration of how to adjust the mesh band!

Best AnswerJust received my luxe mesh band and am having trouble following your screen shots. What portion flips open? Does it flip towards the tracker or towards the end of the band? I’m wrecking my nails trying to get it open, I have to be doing something wrong.
Thanks in advance.
I have the same question, but the clasp on my bracelet looks different from the screenshot, it is more flat and shut tight. I can’t find a youtube video or any other info how to open this specific clasp, in the videos they look different. Afraid I will get scratches if I use something sharp. Barcode is 810038855011 (stainless steel mesh, official fitbit item). Thank you for your help!
Best AnswerI went to the jeweler to have it adjusted.. with their specialised equipment it was quickly done, but they also said it would have been very difficult to do it on your own without damaging the bracelet.
Thx! For the wristband I had (official Fitbit) no YouTube instructions were/are available, perhaps they changed the mechanism. I had it fixed at the jeweler, so problem solved, without Fitbit help though 🙂

Best AnswerThe luxe band doesn't have a portion that flips open. I wiggled mine back and forth until it slid down, just a little bit at a time. Definitely could use some instructions on the packaging.
