How to contact admin?

I'm having a hard time creating a new new post on here - I have no idea why they've been blocked/deleted.  How do I contact an admin or moderator?  I've had no emails stating why this is happening.

I was trying to post a problem I was having yesterday with inconsistent GPS connection with my Android.  The first post didn't post so I tried making another one.  It didn't post either.  So I'm not sure why the posts weren't displayed.
