My Inspire has not been synched to my phone for a couple of years. It won't let me synch now.
My first concern is to correct the time. Just travelled to Europe and time is way off. Can I do this manually
on my one-button Fitbit

Hi @Elisevan date and time on our Fitbits come from the device used to sync. You might need to sync a few times and restart your Fitbit. There is no manual way to input the correct time.
Which device do you have? Your post mentioned the Inspire, yet you posted in the Sense 2 forum area.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Elisevan!
As @Odyssey13 has already mentioned, time on your Fitbit device is automatically synced with the Fitbit app on your phone. Thus please make sure your phone is set to the correct time zone. Just have a look here to see ho that's to be done:
How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?
