How to install new Fitbit

I just got and Inspire HR.  Threw out my Flex a couple of years ago.  There are no instructions on how to start except download the app, which I did.  Now how do I use the doggone thing?

I have bought an Inspire and have followed the on screen instructions as far as "Connecting to tracker" but the set up process does not go any further.
