I find your website a bit of a mistery! I understand there is a place where I can make suggestions but I cannot find it. Also just had a chat with one of your support person. She gave me a link to it but that link disappeared as soon as I ended the chat. I expected to get an email with a copy of our chat so I would have the link but got nothing. She said there would be a quick survey and that did not arrive either. So!!! I am a bit perplexed. At any rate I would like to suggest a longer cord on the charger. It is too short and awkward to use, especially as the magnet on the Inspire HR seem fairly week and the connection not strong enough to just hang in midair!

Common complaint, not ideal solution but can get longer third-party chargers at reasonable prices from Amazon.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
