How to turn off text and call notifications on my Inspire HR?

I want the texts and phone calls off .I cant figure out how to do this .Help for my inspire HR .

Welcome to the Community Forums @Chloeasia. I'll be glad to give you a hand to turn off text and call notifications on your Inspire HR.

 

  1. On your phone open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture  
  2. Tap your device image > Notifications > Calls > Turn off
  3. Tap on Text Message > Turn off
  4. Tap on App Notifications > Unchecked all app boxes 
  5. Sync your Fitbit Inspire HR

 

You can also try the following steps:

 

  1. Tap on the three little dots next to the word "Notifications"12.PNG
  2. Then Disable notifications13.PNG
  3. Sync your Fitbit Inspire HR
