I just got my new Fitbit inspire hr. I went through the whole setup and before I even put it on it say my calories burned was close to 1500. There is no way that’s accurate. I’m new to fitbits but I figure somethings clearly not right here. Is there anyone who can pint me in the right direction to fix this problem. Thanks!

Hi, @KaylaRose0628! What you're seeing is your BMR calories, the calories you burn just from being alive. If you look back, Fitbit back populates them for about a year prior to the date you set up your Fitbit to get a baseline for you. You will see these calories every day, even if you don't wear your tracker. Fitbit then just adds your activity calories to this.
