Any advice on how to stop Fitbit Inspire HR from sending constant notifications/alerts at various times which are not the times set for the alerts in the IPhone calendar. Also, we do not receive the correct alerts the are in the IPhone calendar on the Fitbit but we do on our phones?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this notifications issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to re-setup the notifications feature of your Inspire HR following the steps that are specified on our help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.
