The sleep icon remains dim and seemingly not working. I have done all restart, reconnection and even reboot my phone but none seems to be working.
Please help.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if you're talking about the Sleep tile of the Fitbit app or the sleep information that's shown on your Inspire HR stats? If possible, please send me an image of your issue and after your reply I will further investigate.
