The last few days, I've been running into that problem with Fitbit counting driving as steps. That's very frustrating, but even more frustrating was the complete lack of helpfulness on the part of customer service. Do I have any recourse?

It will count steps when its a bumpy ride

 

You can remove them by entering a driving record

Delete Steps
