Hi,
I received my brand new fitbit Inspire HR today, after setting it up the time is showing 7 hours off. I have automatic time zone on and I already restarted my fitbit once. How can I fix this issue?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Inspire HR it should display the correct time.
This may be fixed by updating the time zone setting in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please see our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

My Inspire HR has the correct minutes but the hour is way off. I checked and the time zone is correct in the settings but the hour on the device is about 4 hours more than the actual. What else can be adjusted to get the time correct?

Thanks for the details that were shared with me and for taking into consideration the steps that were shared on my previous post. To further investigate, can you please let me know which phone are you using to sync your Inspire HR? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Fitbit and let me know if the issue persists after syncing it.
