Individual snap notifications not showing

I have the inspire HR and I can get all my notifications on it except for snaps from individual people. I can get snap notifications when there is activity in any of my groupchats but not in individual threads. I have checked all my snap notifications in my phone settings and snapchat settings. I have disconnected my fitbit and reconnected, reset my fitbit, turned notifications for snap off and on, deleted and redownloaded snap. Nothing has worked. Any fixes?

How were you able to get snap notifications on your inspire hr? I can only get text messages but I don’t know how to get any snap notifications

I’m having the same problem. I tried all the steps to fix it. I don’t think we’re able to get snap notifications 😓
