Inspire 2 - Deleted Steps

I had well over 10,000 steps today. Suddenly I’m down to around 3,000 steps. I was able to sync and all the steps showed up in the app this afternoon but tonight they were gone. I updated the app then I put my tracker on the charger and reset. My tracker was at about 60% charge. I do have mobile track installed as part of the irregular rhythm notification. The app still shows my zone minutes correctly. Is there any way to get my steps back?

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Inspire 2. 

Let me know if you're able to see any error message when you try to look for your steps in the Fitbit app. In the meantime, if you're still having this problem, please try to:

• Log out from the app.
• Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
• Restart your phone. 
• Log back in to check if you're able to see the steps. 
• Try to set up your Inspire 2 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.
